How to Order
Browse our catalogue, select your items, choose sizes and colours, then add them to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and complete your billing and delivery details. An order confirmation is sent to your email once payment is received. If you are ordering for a team or business, you can also contact us for a consolidated quote before you check out.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tax invoice by email with every order.
Customisation & Artwork
We offer logo embroidery and printed branding so your team presents a consistent, professional identity. To get started, send us your logo (vector or high-resolution artwork is best). We confirm placement, size and any setup requirements before production begins, and we are happy to provide a digital mock-up for approval on larger runs.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Outfitting a whole crew? We regularly supply bulk and corporate orders and can prepare a custom freight quote based on volume and destination. For recurring or large orders, talk to us about lead times, split deliveries and account arrangements — we aim to make volume ordering straightforward.
Order Confirmation & Changes
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed, customised or dispatched. Once an item has entered production or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery across Australia typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Custom or bulk orders that include embroidery or printing may require additional production time, which we will flag at the quoting stage. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat $15.00 shipping fee for all Australian deliveries. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $200 (AUD). Bulk and corporate orders may qualify for a custom freight quote — contact us for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our dispatch, you will receive tracking details by email where available so you can follow its progress to your door. If you have not received tracking or have questions about your shipment, reach out and we will investigate promptly.
Delivery Areas
We deliver Australia-wide, from metro Sydney to regional and remote areas. Local customers in the Sydney region can also arrange collection from our Glenwood premises by prior arrangement. We do not currently ship outside Australia.
Stock & Availability
Popular sizes and seasonal lines can sell out. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with options — wait for restock, swap to an alternative, or receive a refund for that item. For time-critical orders, let us know your deadline and we will advise on the fastest path.
